专利摘要:
The lamp housing of a street lighting with LEDs as a light source should be provided with means that enable a road conditions required light field to realize. These agents should be aesthetically satisfying and inexpensive. For this purpose, the lamp housing is equipped with at least three mutually distanced fields (A, B, C) with multi-LED modules (19). About the multi-LED modules (19) a focusing plate (20) is held on support elements (25) by means of fixing screws (26). In the focusing plate (20) aperture-forming punched-outs (30) are formed, wherein carrier webs (21) and diaphragm webs remain. The carrier webs serve the support and extend between the fields (A, B, C) of the multi-LED modules (19). The focusing plates (20) can be manufactured inexpensively individually and do not change the aesthetics of the lamp housing.

专利说明:

The present invention relates to a lamp housing a street lighting with LEDs as a light source, consisting of a substantially rectangular, flat, metallic, monobloc housing with rear and front end faces and parallel longitudinal edge surfaces, as well as molded heat radiating ribs on the upper side of the housing and a bottom of the housing with a hinged lid with a flat glass plate, under which the LEDs are arranged in the housing in prefabricated groups, and means are present, which limit the emission range of the LEDs to a desired light field.
Street lights with LEDs as a light source have great advantages. On the one hand, the energy savings compared to street lighting with conventional light sources is enormous. The LEDs also have a much lower level of stray light and therefore significantly reduce light pollution. The angle of emission of a light-emitting diode (LED) is substantially lower than the angle of emission of an incandescent lamp. Light emitting diodes for lighting have a primary lens which already causes some focusing, and especially those used for street lighting often additionally have a secondary lens mounted over the plastic primary lens.
Despite this already extensive focusing of the light and street lighting with LEDs as light sources often cause stray light, which is perceived by the residents of a so-lit street unpleasant. This is not least caused by the fact that for street lighting with LEDs as a light source significantly higher candelabra are used to achieve the widest possible usable light field despite the smaller beam angle. But if such street lighting with LEDs used as a light source in residential areas and appropriately high candelabra used, yet many windows of the adjoining residential buildings come in the field of this light field. This problem occurs to a large extent in the area of old towns, in which the buildings themselves limit the street or alley.
This known problem is reduced by means which limit the emission range of the LEDs to a desired light field. In many cases, this limitation of the light field is limited by shields on the lamp housing itself. But this is a relatively complex adaptation, which requires a special shaping of a relatively large sheet, and this umbrella-like sheet must be welded to the lamp housing or otherwise secured. This is difficult to achieve depending on the design of the lamp housing and is aesthetically unsatisfactory in all cases.
From EP 253 812 8 a lamp housing a street lighting with LEDs as a light source is known in which multi-LED modules are arranged on Aufschraubflächen, said Aufschraubflächen have inclined faces, which are milled differently inclined according to the desired and required focus , This is a relatively expensive and complex solution in terms of manufacturing, but it is aesthetically 100% convincing, as it does not require changes in the exterior of the lamp housing.
Alternatively, it would be conceivable that one achieves the same thing by having various multi-LED modules finished, which have different secondary lenses with different foci. However, this does not make to this day knowledge of street lighting manufacturer. Manufacturing such special multi-LED modules is extremely expensive, and the number of different multi-LED modules with different focussing required would require a relatively large stock of these costly units.
It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide an inexpensive, aesthetically satisfactory solution of a means by which the radiation of the LEDs can be made to a desired light field practically individual.
This object is achieved by a lamp housing a street lighting with LEDs as the light source according to the preamble of claim 1, which is characterized in that the lamp housing at least three spaced apart fields with multi-LED modules are present, wherein between each two of the adjacent fields Supporting elements are arranged, on which a replaceable focusing plate is held, which forms aperture
Punched out.
Preferably, such a focusing plate is made of a relatively thin coated metal sheet. Although here in the application, the apertures forming apertures are referred to as punched, these openings can of course be achieved in other ways than by punching. In the present case, it will be preferable to create these openings by means of laser cutting. In this way, focusing plates can be produced quickly and individually. In this way, it is possible to create entire streets in the 3D model, to vary the locations of the candelabra, and to create an image for each optimal arrangement of a candelabrum from which it is possible to determine how the desired illuminated field must be restricted or modified Disturbing light affects the residents. From these models can then determine the corresponding focusing plates.
The inventive lamp housing are usually and preferably cast in one piece from metal or milled. In this case, it is preferable to integrally form the support elements on the lamp housing and provided with a threaded hole. Thus, the replaceable focusing plate can be attached with high precision in the lamp housing with little effort. Since the distance between the focusing plate and the LEDs causes a further influence on the focus, is provided as a further preferred embodiment that in the lamp housing screw-connected spacers or spacers are provided as support elements. This way, the focusing plate can be mounted height-defined over the LEDs.
Further advantageous embodiments will become apparent from the dependent claims, and their meaning and effect will be explained in the following description with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the accompanying drawings, a preferred embodiment is shown and described below. It shows:
Fig. 1 shows the closed lamp housing with the inventive focusing plate in the closed state, facing the bottom of the lamp housing, which is directed in the direction of the street to be illuminated;
Fig. 2 shows the same lamp housing with the lid open;
Fig. 3 shows a partial section through the lamp housing in the region of the arranged multi-LED module in egg nem larger scale, and
Fig. 4a-c shows three different design variants of the focusing plate.
Fig. 1 shows an inventive lamp housing in the closed state with a view of the pivotable cover of the lamp housing. The lamp housing as a whole is designated 1. It consists of the manufactured as a monobloc part 10 and a hinge 13 corresponding thereto pivotally movable cover 12. The cover 12 is provided with a flat glass plate 14 in the entire area in which the multi-LED modules 19 are arranged. The monobloc-like part 10 has a front end face 2 and a rear end face 3, and two parallel longitudinal edge surfaces 4. In the open state, as shown in FIG. 2, in which the lid 12 of the housing is opened, you can see the recessed receiving space 6, in which the multi-LED modules 19 are arranged and in the additional space for the corresponding electronics is present, which has been omitted here to relieve the drawing. This receiving space 6 is bounded by a sealing pad 5 for the cover 12. In this receiving space 6 also opens a cable bushing 17th
In Fig. 3 is a partial section through the lamp housing 1 in the region of the light source in the form of multi-LED modules presented Mo. The zuberst recognizable planar glass plate 14 is directed in the assembled state of the lamp housing 1 on a candelabra, not shown, of course, at the lowest towards the street to be illuminated. The monoblock part 10 of the lamp housing 1 is then at the top in the assembled state, and here the heat radiating fins 8 are arranged. The partial section shown here runs through such a heat radiation rib 8. In the receiving space 6 is located on the monoblock part 10 of the lamp housing 1, an insulating support plate 7. On this, the multi-LED modules 19 are arranged. These multi-LED modules 19 are prefabricated groups of LEDs. These multi-LED modules are arranged in a tight array in three fields A, B, C. Between each two adjacent fields there is a strip-like distance. The LEDs themselves are labeled 24. Distanced over the multi-LED modules 19, the focusing plate 20 is held. The focusing plate 20 rests on support element 25. These support elements 25 are realized in the example shown here as sleeves, which rest on the insulating support plate 7, and fixing screws 26 pass through the support member 25 and the insulating support plate 7 and engage in threaded holes 27 in the monoblock part 10 of the lamp housing 1 a. The support plate 7, which can be both electrically and thermally insulating, is thus stabilized by these screws connected to the monoblock part 10 of the lamp housing 1. At the same time the focusing plate 20 is held exactly positioned relative to the individual LEDs 24 and to the multi-LED modules 19. Such an insulating support plate can be made for example of a hard plastic or foam glass. However, the support plate can also consist of a material with good thermal conductivity to conduct the waste heat of the LEDs in the monoblock part 10 of the lamp housing 1, via which the heat can be dissipated by the heat radiating ribs 8 to the environment. In such a case, you will use the support plate 7 of a purely electrically insulating material with good thermal conductivity. Also suitable for this are various materials, for example ceramics or materials based on silicone rubber. Such plates are offered as so-called Wärmeleitpads on the market.
In Fig. 4, the invention particularly essential focusing plates 20 are shown by themselves. These are, as already mentioned, black coated, preferably metal plates from a corresponding sheet. These plates have a rectangular basic shape and have two relatively wide carrier webs 21. These carrier webs have a width which corresponds approximately to the width of the LED-free areas between the spaced apart fields A, B, C, which are multi-LED modules are occupied. Between the carrier webs 21 several apertures forming punched 30 are formed. These apertures forming punched 30 are separated from each other by aperture webs 23. The apertures forming apertures are normally parallel slits, as shown by the embodiments according to FIGS. 4a and 4b. Each slot-shaped cutout 30 corresponds to a serially arranged plurality of LEDs of adjacent multi-LED modules. The wider the slot-shaped punches 30, the greater the possible emission angle or the narrower that these apertures are forming punch-outs, the smaller the emission angle. In the assembled state, the slot-shaped punched holes extend substantially in the
Course of the street to be illuminated. Although in the examples shown here, the width of the punched holes are all shown in the same width, this is by no means required. Rather, it can occur that in particular the apertures 30 forming the side panels A and C are provided with narrower apertures forming punching as those punched out, which are arranged in the region of the central field B. Finally, Fig. 4c shows yet another variant of a focusing plate 20 in which the apertures forming the apertures are configured instead of virtually over the entire width of the focusing plate 20 extending punching 30 with rows of punched holes. In this case, each hole can be assigned to one LED, or several holes can be assigned to a single light-emitting diode. However, the luminous field to be formed is not only determined by the size of the apertures forming apertures 30, but also by the distance of the focusing plate 20 to the LEDs. If the focusing plate 20 is further away from the LEDs, the beam angle is cut more sharply than if the focusing plate is located very close to the LEDs. The emission angle can be additionally changed by the central longitudinal axis of the diaphragm forming punch is not located exactly centered over the corresponding row of LEDs. This can be varied, for example, by the screw holes 22 in the carrier webs 21 are not arranged exactly centered.
The invention here applied focusing plates 20 can be customized with little effort individually for each lighting situation. When planning the street lighting, the course of the street can be considered, as well as the proximity of a building frontage from the roadside. For example, lampshades that are equipped with LEDs can be used for streets and alleys in an old town, irrespective of whether the LEDs used have a secondary lens or not. All lamp housings can thus always equip the same with multi-LED modules of the same type, and only by the used focusing plate 20 can be achieved to achieve the luminous field. Here, although not shown, of course, the blanks forming punched-30 may also be designed as a slot-shaped as well as punch-shaped apertures 30 forming.
